Real Estate Investments
Origination of opportunities generated by close relationships with brokers and strategic partners. Many of these will be sale and leaseback opportunities where vacant possession value is greater than open market value; quality of tenant covenant strength plays and optimisation of capital structure opportunities.

Real Estate Backed Operating Businesses
Historically, the partners of Moor Park have been very successful in identifying arbitrage opportunities and delivering high returns to equity investors through investments in asset backed operating businesses (PropCo / OpCo transactions). Moor Park will continue to seek opportunities to invest in operating businesses with strong market positions and franchises, which are backed by significant real estate collateral.

Moor Park will seek to restructure the business through a structured sale and leaseback or sale and manageback or other suitable structure creating an equivalent landlord tenant relationship.

Strategic Platform Investments
Moor Park will target investments in businesses with strong management teams and operating in attractive niche real estate sectors with strong market positions and franchises. Moor Park believes that value can be created through identifying niche sectors that are not presently institutionalised (generally accepted real estate investments) but are likely to become institutionalised over time.

Moor Park will work in partnership with incumbent or new management teams with a proven track record in operating businesses supported by real estate and who have made significant investments in the business.
