Our Activities
The company's main activities are the
development, letting and administration of
commercial and technical properties.
Apart from this technical construction
services such as construction realisation,
project management and project steering,
maintenance, energy cost controlling as
well as repair and investment
management are offered.
Our technical team is supported by the
internal financial accounting team and our
controlling team. These two teams
supervise all financial issues and are
responsible for the internal and external
reporting.
