MPCP provides a wide range of services to its clients, including, among others, acquisition, development, asset, property and facility management, leasing services, centralized corporate support services and financing services. Moor Park’s co-founders have over 84 years of combined experience and have structured and executed €24.1 billion of real estate transactions to date.
MPCP invests in real estate on behalf of institutional clients (Sovereign wealth funds, Insurance companies and Pension funds) on a segregated managed account basis. MPCP has closed on over 600 properties, worth in excess of €4.0 billion since 2006, consisting of retail bank branches, healthcare, offices (including regional and headquarters), retail, retail distribution centres, logistics, industrial, hospitality and special use real estate. MPCP manages the investment process from acquisition to disposition — its services include sourcing and structuring of investment opportunities, performance of due diligence, and arranging debt financing and equity investment syndicates. Post-acquisition, MPCP provides asset management, property management, leasing and disposition services.
MP became an affiliate of Kingswood Holdings Ltd (“Kingswood”) in March 2019. As part of the affiliation, Moor Park and Kingswood entered into a Cooperation agreement enabling Kingswood to offer alternative investment product offerings. Kingswood is a UK based, London stock exchange AIM listed vertically integrated international wealth and investment management business, with offices in London and 14 other offices in the UK, New York and Atlanta. Kingswood with its strong UK base, seeks simultaneously to serve markets in the US and ASIA.
